Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus Download Guide

The Office 2021 is the latest version of Office, currently available for a one-time purchase to consumers in various market segments.

1. Office 2021 Component Requirement

Before you start, make sure your PC or Mac meets the system requirements as follows.

2. Installation beforehand

You must first have a Microsoft account to sign in and download Microsoft Office. If you don’t have one, you can set one up here.

Then you’ll need an Office 2021 Professional Plus product key. If you don’t have one, check out our best deal and sign in to save an additional 20%.

3. Sign in to get Office 2021

Visit setup.office.com on your PC to install Office.

Sign in with your Microsoft account, or sign up for one if you don’t already have one. Remember this account so that you can later install or reinstall Office.

Enter the Office 2021 pro plus product key to notify Microsoft that the software was lawfully acquired. Choose your country as well.

Follow the directions, then press the next button to download your Office 2021 apps.

After confirmation, you will be instantly logged into your Microsoft account page. The apps you’ve purchased will be listed under the services & subscriptions page.

4. Setup Office 2021

From your Microsoft account page, go to Install Office and select your language and office version.

The Office 2021 Professional Plus is installed by default in 32-bit mode. Even if your machine runs a 64-bit version of Windows, we recommend installing the 32-bit version of Office since it is more compatible with Office-compatible apps and add-ins.

After downloading the installation file, click the install button.

What occurs next is determined by the web browser you are using. When you choose Install, a box at the bottom asks if you want to run the file, save it, or cancel it. Select Run to begin the installation procedure.

The Edge browser is the most convenient way to install Microsoft Office.

The installation process begins immediately when you run the downloaded file. If Windows prompts you to allow the installation, choose Yes. If it asks you to close any open programs, choose Yes once more.

When you see the sentence “You’re all set! Office is installed now” the installation is complete. Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus is now installed and operational.

5. Activate Office

Restart your computer after the installation procedure.

Launch Office software, click the Start button (located in the lower-left corner of your Windows screen) and input the name of an Office app, such as Word.

From the search results, select the Office app icon.

Accept the licensing agreement when the Office app opens. The office 2021 Pro Plus has been activated and is ready to use.

6. Office 2021 ISO

Choose your language and click the download link to get the ISO/IMG file. After clicking the link, the download should begin. Depending on your internet speed, it could take 10-20 minutes.

7. Installation of Office 2021 ISO

First locate the downloaded ISO file, and right-click on it.

From the contextual menu, select the option mount. Please see the screenshot below. It will mount the file as a virtual device and allow you to access it like a DVD drive.

After completing this step, an Office device will appear under This PC on the left side of the same window. Click on the new device, and the content will appear on the right side of the window.

Finally, double-click the installation file. It will begin the installation procedure. The installer will select the most appropriate Office version for your PC.

Open an office app after installation. After a few seconds, a new window will appear, prompting you to enter the product key. You can ignore it and use it for free for 30 days.
